Q. How long do the sessions last?

A. 60 Minutes.

Q. Do I need to be fit to join

A. No – that’ why your’e coming to see me.

Q. Do I need to bring anything with me to the workouts?

A. Just a bottle of water and a smile:-)

Q. Where are the classes held?

A. The classes are held in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs, we will sometimes venture outside of the East if we’re running the Cronulla Sand dunes or the Balmoral Burn. If you don’t drive many of our members will arrange a car pool in our private DF ELITE Facebook group.

Q. What time are the workouts?

7am-8.00am Saturday.

Q. How much is it?

A. We offer two packages…
Option 1: Results Package – $197
Or…
Option 2: Obstacle Race Supremacy Package – 3 monthly payments of $197 (most popular)

We also offer corporate packages if you would like to train with friends or work colleagues, please email me for more information.

Q. Can I combine this program with something else?

A. For best results I recommend our ‘Obstacle Race Supremacy Package’, if for any reason you can’t join this program there will still be more than enough preparation in our results package (assuming you follow the program carefully).

Q. Will I be able to complete all the obstacles?

A. This program will give you all the strength and fitness you need to run the steepest of hills, climb the biggest of walls and have the fitness & stamina required to complete the race. However, some people do have phobias, health conditions and limitations that are out of my control – if this is the case not all obstacles should be attempted by everyone.

Q. When do I finish training?

A. Hopefully you’ll be so addicted to the fun, high energy Saturday morning workouts that you’ll want to continue training with us like so many of our DF ELITE members have.

Q. Will I get accountability and support?

A. Yes – once you register for DF ELITE you’ll be added to our private Facebook group, here you will meet new friends and get motivation from a small tight knit community of likeminded fitness enthusiasts.
