    With over a decade of experience coaching in the fitness industry I know a thing or two about how to prepare for Mud Run events.

    Step 1: The Obstacles

    First we look at the obstacles, then program the exercises to fit the course so you can easily overcome any challenge that gets thrown at you on race day.

    Step 2: The Distance

    How long is the race? Is it 5km or 21km? How far apart are the obstacles? Your energy systems will be conditioned to complete the course in the fastest time possible!

    Set 3: The Terrain

    What is the terrain like? Is it hilly or flat? How much mud will their likely be? By the time you’ve finished our 8 week training program you’ll be sprinting up the steepest of hills.

    And you won’t be thrown in at the deep end on day 1, we progressively increase the complexity of the exercises and intensity of the cardio as your strength and fitness improves.

    It doesn’t matter if you’re a complete newbie participating in your first Mud Run, or a seasoned pro …You will be challenged according to your own fitness level!

    And because we don’t go for long boring runs… no-one ever gets left behind!

    To make use of different terrains we train at a different Sydney location every week. One day you might be training on the soft sand on Bondi Beach, the following week stair training in Cooper Park, the following week sprinting up the famous Cronulla Sand Dunes.

    For the next 8 weeks you will train at my DF ELITE Saturday morning conditioning classes, you will also need to train at least 3 times per week for 40 mins on your own or at one of my boot camps for maximum results.
