Hey I’m Dan Clay, owner of Dangerously Fit Personal Training. For over a decade Dangerously Fit has been helping people all over Sydney get into killer shape with our boot camp, personal training & 6 Week Body challenge programs.

And now we have put together a new program… ‘The DF ELITE Run Club’.

Don’t be intimidated by the name, you don’t need to be an elite athlete or a super advanced runner to join our running group…. all you need is a can do attitude and a commitment to do your best.

The DF ELITE Run Club has been specifically designed to help beginner, intermediate and advanced runners alike so everyone can benefit from the program and get a fun, challenging workout.



In fact, when most of our clients first join Dangerously Fit they have never raced in a running event or obstacle race before and are total newbies.

Take Adrianna for example, when she joined Dangerously Fit a few years back she couldn’t do one sit-up unassisted.

After losing 26 kilos she now regularly competes in Ironman’s, Marathons and recently completed the ‘Ultra Marathon North Face 50’…  a 50km race in extreme heat, high humidity and through mountainous terrain.
