The DF ELITE running program will help beginners, intermediate and advanced runners get in peak shape for the big event on 14th August.

Here is a list of what the City2Surf training program will cover…

2 Time trials
2 Hill training
2 Stair training
2 Interval training
2 Incline running
2 Fartlek training
2 And heaps more!

Run Club Info:

Start: 12th June
When: Saturdays 7-8am
Where: Each week we change location in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs to train on different terrains.
Investment: $197 or FREE to all Dangerously Fit members
